Born in London on May 4th, 1966, he now lives and works in Rome.
He got his high school diploma at St. Stephen’s American College of Rome.
In 1985 he moved to Paris for two years where he attended the "Charpentier Academy" and in the summer the "Louis Lumiere" photography courses.
In 1990 he returned to Italy to study History of Art at the American University.
His professional activity started in his father's studio; as well as his apprenticeship in the field of painting, drawing and engraving, he also studied ancient marbles and their use and continued painting, further specialising in oil on panel and on canvas.
He collaborated in designing sets for the films of Michele Soavi.
In 1996 he worked with his father in the extensive decoration of Palermo airport; the collaboration resulted in over 60 metres of painted Sicilian trees.
In 1997 he opened his first exhibition in the La Rocca Gallery in Palermo with 16 oil paintings, drawings and watercolours. In 1999 he participated in the spring exhibition of A.R.G.A.M in the Incontro Art Gallery in Rome.
