The Office is an American television series created by Greg Daniels. A remake of the British cult series of the same name, created and written by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant and broadcast from 2005 to 2013. The series, produced by Deedle-Dee Productions and Reveille Productions in association with NBC, aired on NBC from March 24, 2005 to May 16, 2013, for a total of nine seasons and 201 episodes.
