The Weku House is a luxury, 5,000 square foot home located in the beautifully quaint town of Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. Originally built in the year 2000, this home was fully renovated in 2015 to represent the craftsmanship and elegance of refined modern living. Elegantly decorated with chic designer furnishings, the meticulous attention-to-detail, and fine-tuned design makes this home a unique vacation retreat.

With a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, the home features luxury sleeping accommodations. Additionally, The Weku House features a 750 square foot attached, private apartment. A naturally warm, contemporary atmosphere, The Apartment features Boche appliances in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and an open living and dining room floorplan. Added charm can be found on a private deck with bistro seating, perfect for summer evenings or a morning cup of coffee.

Perhaps the most popular feature of the home is the spectacularly finished basement, which includes a custom-built bar with a 40" HD TV overlooking a pool table. Additional features include state-of-the-art entertainment amenities, such as a fitness center, a young adult “Play Zone” equipped with PlayStation 4, Wii gaming consoles, a 40” 4K high-definition TV, and a multitude of board games. Completing the basement experience is a family comfortable home theater featuring a 70 inch 4K HDTV and surround sound acoustic bar, bringing to life the spectacular visual experience of 4K television.

Add to all of this a 1.3-acre setting with a serene front porch overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds, a dining area surrounding a fire table, and a gas-powered grill on the rear deck.
