Niko Romito traditional panettone.

Obtained from a long baking process that includes four processing of the dough and three fermentation phases, the classic PANETTONE is born from an accurate selection of raw materials: mother yeast from the fermentation of the grapes of the vineyard of Casadonna, soft wheat flour, ground breeding egg yolk, Bourbon vanilla berries, dairy butter, Sulla honey, sultana raisins, candied orange peel from our Laboratory and an emulsion of Sicilian organic almond that replaces a part of the butter and conveys floral aromas. It does not contain preservatives.

The Cause

Who we are - The Oltre le Parole Foundation was created in 2016 to respond to the growing needs in the Abruzzo region coming from autistic people and their families.

Despite having a few years of life, the Foundation was born from the important experience of the ALBA Association, Parents; Association which was among the first associations in Italy to have an international reach in the field of behavioral approaches and in particular contributing in Italy to developing the Know How necessary to implement ABA programs in the field on children and teenagers with Autism.

Our mission is to create innovative projects that have a positive impact on the lives of people with Autism and those who care for them.

La Casa dei Sogni was inaugurated in April 2019, a social insertion project in which about 20 children occupy their time in a fun and constructive way while acquiring a series of skills and autonomies that will facilitate their social insertion making them more and more autonomous.
The dream house is organized like a club where kids spend time with peers.
A clubhouse where are organized activities that students like.

Given the success of the House of Dreams, the Oltre le Parole Foundation is committed to raising funds to create new structures in the four provinces of Abruzzo, while the Association is committed to training and research.
