The Iginio Massari Alta Pasticceria Panettone requires a complex making-process with four leavening times and two kneading sessions, for a total of 62 hours.

The perfect alveolation on the inside holds precious cubes of Calabrian candied orange and Sei Corone raisins, combining with and enhancing the aromatic hints of butter and vanilla. An exquisite amaretto glaze of powdered almonds and hazelnuts, further enriched by a touch of cocoa, covers the Panettone together with raw almonds and granulated sugar. An extra-rich aromatic fragrance and a perfect balance of flavours and textures for anastonishing Panettone that harmonizes tradition with innovation.

Le Panettone Iginio Massari Alta Pasticceria nécessite un processus de fabrication complexe avec quatre temps de levage et deux pétrissages, pour un total de 62 heures.

L'alvéolage parfait de l'intérieur renferme de précieux cubes d'orange confite de Calabre et de raisins secs Sei Corone, qui se combinent et exaltent les notes aromatiques de beurre et de vanille. Un délicieux glaçage à l'amaretto, composé de poudre d'amandes et de noisettes, enrichi d'une touche de cacao, recouvre le Panettone avec des amandes brutes et du sucre cristallisé.

Ingrédients : farine de blé tendre type 00, sucre, beurre, jaunes d'œufs, eau, miel, sel, gousses de vanille, cubes d'orange, raisins secs, glaçage à l'amaretto : amandes douces, amandes amères, noisettes, sucre, cacao, farine de maïs, amidon, blanc d'œuf.
