He moved to AC Milan in 2021, winning an Italian championship in 2021/22. Considered among the best goalkeepers of his generation, he has been with the French national team since 2020, winning a UEFA Nations League in 2020/21. Individually, he was voted best goalkeeper in Ligue 1 in 2018/19 and Serie A in 2021/22.
