Cash had a unique blend of country, rock, and folk music, and his deep, distinctive voice, and his lyrics often dealt with themes of love, heartbreak, and redemption.

He also wrote several songs about social and political issues, such as "The Ballad of Ira Hayes" and "Man in Black" and he was known for his performances in prisons and for his support to the prisoners' rights.

Two Wheels for Life hold fundraising events around the world to help raise money for programmes that enable healthcare to reach rural communities in Africa with reliable transport systems. The projects supported mean that health workers can reach the most isolated people with the health care they so desperately need.
