An artist and curator, she teaches Cultural Anthropology at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. She deals with urban anthropology and art in public spaces. Her interests include literature, video-art, photography, installations and public art projects.
Her works investigate the memory of places and the processes of transformation and progressive cancellation of internal / external spaces, both public and private. From 2005 to 2019 she curated the public art project "Cuore di pietra" which involved the Pianoro community and territory in a lengthy process of re-appropriation of its history and places.
