Education is a basic human right, a route out of poverty for millions of children and the hope of fulfilling their dreams.

Unfortunately, over 260 million children and teenagers around the world still do not have the opportunity to study. More than 600 million cannot read and don't know basic mathematics.

Through the work carried out by Case del Sorriso, which welcomes thousands of orphaned children, victims of poverty and conflict, violence or forced labor, CESVI has always been close to children all over the world to protect them and support them in their education and growth.

CESVI Foundation is a secular and independent humanitarian organization founded in Bergamo in 1985.
