The white Aquila Basket Trento Earth Day kit dedicated to the Fradusta glacier, comprising jersey and shorts, worn by American guard Dominique Johnson for a match against Carpegna Prosciutto Pesaro of LBA.
Aquila Basket Earth Day 2022. Every year to mark World Earth Day (April 22) Dolomiti Energia Basket Trentino carries out a project for environmental sustainability packed with green initiatives, together with schools, partners and local organizations. For the team's home match on Saturday April, 23 against Carpegna Prosciutto Pesaro of LBA (Serie A), the team will wear special white and blue jerseys dedicated to the glaciers of the Alps.
The theme of the 2022 edition is the melting of glaciers and the need to find innovative ideas and solutions to tackle the challenge of safeguarding Planet Earth. Proceeds from the auction will go to finance a project in collaboration with SAT, the Society of Tridentini Alpinists.
Johnson has also signed the jersey, making it a truly unique collector's item.
