This is an authentic signed and certified 10,000 Italian Lire by Andy Warhol. With embossing stamp and Vertification seal and stamps on the back. Stamp number on the back identical to the number on the certificate - number 9435584. 

Included in the CATALOG RAISONNE '1962/1987'

The Warhol Lire banknotes are rarer than the dollar banknotes. All banknotes were in circulation, which was also the intention of the artist. Andy Warhol was in Italy with Lucio Amelio for 2 years, where the banknotes were also made during this time. Lucio Amelio was Amdy Warhol's art dealer.
