We would like to draw attention to the fact that the artists involved have embraced the cause and the auction starting price that has been set for the works is lower than their market value and their usual valuations.

Guido Scarabottolo was born in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy in 1947. After graduating in architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan, in 1973 he joined the Arcoquattro studio operating in architecture and visual communication in the publishing and advertising sectors. A graphic designer and illustrator, he has worked for all the big Italian publishers, RAI television company, the main advertising agencies and major national companies; his collaborations include work in Japan and the United States. He turns his hand to design for pleasure, occasionally creating objects and furniture. His illustrations have appeared in numerous exhibitions, in Italy and abroad. He lives and works in Milan.

The artist donated this artwork to Terre des Hommes Italia and Le Belle Arti - ArtePassante Project.

The proceeds from the auction will go to the Terre des Hommes fundraising campaign in support of the Coronavirus Emergency to meet the most urgent needs of the many children and their families affected by poverty and hunger.

The total cost for this lot does not include shipping costs, which are not specified until auction closing and vary according to the size and weight of the item, as well as the recipient's address. In some cases tickets will be left in the auction winner's name for pick up at the ticket office of the event location.
