"For a while my works combined my two great passions: art and music. Then, I realized I had more to express through figurative art so I decided to leave the music as a hobby. At that point I discovered my love for pencil drawing and for watercolors, finding my personal style as well as myself. My illustrations are made by hand. I love choosing different grains of paper and sharpening my pencil at length."

In the work "Wide Awake" the woman depicted in pencil is initially undecided as to whether to feel tormented or hopeful, she tries to escape from waking, from uncomfortable situations that frighten her - situations that she doesn't feel she can deal with. The focus of the work is on the woman who is perfectly perpendicular inside the picture; completely awake, aware. The color on her acts to highlight the fact that her success depends on us. The sheets are as white and pure as the pages of our future. We are the ony ones who can write it and correct it, if necessary. Whether we believe it or not. We must wake up to be ready to face challenges and seize opportunities. Wake up to live.
