Your Olive Grove Suite is a secluded 45sqm sanctuary overlooking centuries-old olive groves with a backdrop of vast Tuscan woodland. Take in the views from the windows or from the garden terrace with two sun loungers and a private dining table. These rooms all have newly refurbished wood paneled bathrooms with 200-year old beams, black slate and ceramic. A rustic paradise that reflects the magnificent natural setting.
Perfect for families, there is space for two more beds and a connecting room upon request.

The Executive Chef and the sommelier team have carefully selected each of the exceptional food and wine combinations. During your dinner you will have the opportunity to talk with the Chef and the Sommelier about flavors and tastes, the various wine philosophies and stories of the artisans who create these Italian-Tuscan ingredients.

Serve - observe - taste: discover wine, how to taste it like a pro and the secrets of this rich and fertile region with our Sommelier.
We will focus on the whole tasting process, with our award winning Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio and Prosecco. Paired with specialities from Tuscany and Maremma, you will learn how to get the best out of tasting and gain the confidence to present wine beautifully.
