Simone Vergassola (La Spezia, 24 gennaio 1976) è un allenatore di calcio ed ex calciatore italiano, di ruolo centrocampista, tecnico in seconda del Bari. Ha esordito nel 1992 con la Carrarese prima di passare, nel 1996, alla Sampdoria. Con i blucerchiati gioca per 5 stagioni prima di trasferirsi al Torino nel 2001. Dopo tre stagioni in maglia granata viene acquistato dal Siena nel gennaio 2004. In toscana diventa un'autentica leggenda e vi rimane fino al 2015, anno in cui, dopo aver fatto tornare i bianconeri tra i professionisti con la vittoria del campionato di Serie D, annuncia il ritiro dal calcio giocato.
