Sebastiano Miduri was born in Messina in 1952. It was only in adulthood that he became interested in painting, at first as a self-taught artist. He then went on to study under the master Antonello Arena at the "Mediterranean" Academy of Fine Arts in Messina, where he refined his technique.

Later he established working relationships with other Messina-based artis and became part of the Sicilian color school directed by the master Dimitri Salonia. He skillfully creates the areas of the composition in a clear and incisive way, revealing his great spirituality to the viewer.

He has exhibited with personal exhibitions and participated in prestigious group exhibitions. Recently he has exhibited several times at the Spazio Macos in Messina.
