Perfect for two couples or a family, when you enter the apartment opens up onto a large living area with sofas and armchairs and the kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking. Along the corridor to the side of the kitchen you reach the first bathroom with bathtub / shower and the first double bedroom.

From the living room you will find stairs leading to the mezzanine floor: climb a few steps up to sleeping area! Her e you will find a comfortable double bed, a small sofa to relax on and the second bathroom equipped with a practical shower unit.

This experience must be redeemed within a year of auction closing on a date to be mutually agreed according to availability of auction winner and residence itself: from friday to sunday (2 night - stay).
