In 2012 she was chosen by Walt Disney to compose the Italian soundtrack of the animated film Ribelle - The Brave.
Over the course of her career she has received numerous awards and recognitions, including five Wind Music Awards, five Roma Videoclip Awards, two Lunezia Awards, a TV Award - Television Direction Award and a Special Silver Ribbon for the interpretation of the song Domani è un altro giorno, in addition to various nominations for the World Music Award, the TRL Awards, the OGAE, the Nastro d'Argento in the category Best original song for the song Vuoto a perdere, and one at the Amnesty International Italia Award for the song Amen.
On 21 June 2017, on the day of the Music Festival, Noemi entered the Guinness Book of Records for the highest number of concerts performed in twelve hours: nine.
In 2022 she took part in the Sanremo Festival with the song Ti amo non lo so dire, finishing fifteenth.
