WINIFICATION
The rosé Y by 11 Minutes comes from the skilful union of two indigenous varieties, Corvina and Trebbiano di Lugana, and an international variety: Carmenère. Part vinified with a soft pressing of the red grapes, part subjected to a light maceration on the white grape skins for 8-10 hours. The must is cooled and transferred to a steel tank, where it remains for the time necessary for the solid parts to decant. After racking, the alcoholic fermentation starts, which will maintain a temperature range of between 13° and 16° C. 10% of the blend finishes its alcoholic fermentation in new, medium toasted French oak tonneaux.

Hot and dry year, with dry winter months, an early spring and a summer with high temperatures and little rainfall. August and September saw phenomena
localised hailstorms of varying intensity. By virtue of these temperatures, the harvest was very healthy and, despite the summer water stress, the scattered rains in September allowed the plants to recover their good productive physiological state.
