Intense garnet red. Powerful, high quality spicy aromas. On the palate it is complex and full bodied with a long finish and velvety fruity notes. These result from the long drying process the grapes undergo.

1 bottle of Valpolicella Classico Doc Superiore 750ml, 2015.

Ruby red in colour. Aromas typical of these varietals of cherries and red fruits with delicate hints of spices which are derived from the maturation in wood. Soft and pleasant on the palate with substantial tannins.

1 bottle of Ripasso Della Valpolicella 750ml, 2015.

The “Ripasso” is a wine making method that is particular to the Valpolicella region. It involves pouring the Valpolicella Classico Superiore onto the grape skins of the Amarone that are left in the vinifier when the Amarone has been racked off. These skins already contain sugar and we add additional yeasts to start a second fermentation that enriches the wine with structure and aromas.
