Three Sada wines: Versò, Vermentino and Vendemmia Tardiva.

Versò: A very fine perlage, which embraces the whole mouth in a pleasant caress, flooding it with crackling freshness and enveloping it with a satin creaminess. It has a bright straw yellow color with green highlights, from the fresh hints of acacia flowers and hawthorn to the fruity ripe white peaches and rennet apples.

Vermentino: A pure Vermentino vinified in steel and produced from 8 hectares of vines on hilly terrain with south-east and north-west exposure. Cold vinified in steel after soft pressing, it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. With a floral scent with tropical notes, it is fresh in the mouth, with a full and savory taste accompanied by great minerality and particular freshness.

Vendemmia Tardiva: Manual harvesting is carried out late with overripe grapes and always waiting for the particular climatic conditions favorable to at least partial development of noble fermentation. After the selection, drying and crushing phases, the pressing phase follows in small vertical old mold presses and the slow fermentation continues in a first phase in stainless steel and then continues in small French oak barrels, where the product remains and matures for about 2-3 years. It has an antique golden yellow color with amber reflections, an enveloping perfume, with great complexity, intensely aromatic with hints of honey, resin and dried fruit. In the mouth it is broad and velvety of extraordinary and pleasant length with notes of candied citrus peel, figs and dried apricots. the important residual sugar is perfectly balanced by an important acid taste on the finish.
