Take home this red and black AC Milan celebratory home shirt, issued to the Italian midfielder Sandro Tonali for the post-match award ceremony after Sassuolo-AC Milan, a match that saw the Milan become Italian Champions for the 19th time in the club's history.

The match, played at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia on May 22, 2022, ended in a 3-0 win to AC Milan thanks to two goals by Giroud and a goal by Kessié.

The squad had a stunning run, culminating in Stefano Pioli's men taking home their nineteenth Scudetto eleven years after the last. Thanks to the victory against Sassuolo on the last match day, AC Milan maintained a two-point lead over their rivals Inter, taking home the Serie A title.
