Giovanni Frangi, born in 1959, graduated at the Accademia di Brera and held his first solo exhibition in 1983. Since then many were the exhibitions where he was the protagonist, the first international in 1989 in Bern, then Barcelona, ​​the US, China, France and Germany. He has been working with the Galleria dello Scudo for years, and is present at important art fairs such as the Venice Biennale. His art is not limited to painting, but it approaches to sculpture and video as new means of expression. Many books and catalogs have been published over the years about his life and works.

Since 1968, the year of its foundation, the Galleria dello Scudo deals with modern and contemporary art, with a particular interest in the major Italian artists of the first half of the twentieth century.

This artwork is an oil on canvas in perfect conditions, with the dimensions of 190x150 cm.

This auction has been made available by the art gallery. 85% of the total auction price will be donated to Associazione Bianca Garavaglia.
