Flashback Art was conceived by Alessandro Padovan, a renowned Italian Screw Art artist, together with two other artists: Lucia Borsani and Daniele Martinoli.

In 2016 Alessandro created sculptures of classic toy of soldiers, recalling his childhood. From this initial idea he expanded his series of sculptures, adding Cowboys and Indians. Taking inspiration from the famous Cracking Art, he then combined his sculptures with two new emerging ideas by Lucia Borsani and Daniele Martinoli.

The resulting sculptures in colored resin represent childhood toys. Flashback Art is a set of pop sculptures made in Italy. The Shark sculpture is made of resin and portrays a LEGO shark.

The sculptures are all numbered and certified. The serial number may differ from that in the photos.

The Cause

The percentage of the proceeds devolved to charity from the sale of this lot will be equally divided among the 20 charities who have subscribed to the CharityStars NPO Premium program.
