Six bottles of Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore, 2017 - Villa San Carlo.

Red wine with a brilliant structure with a production limited to 4000 bottles per year. The cultivation of the grapes takes place on suitable soil, a limestone type with red flakes, and attention in the selection of the grapes to be vinified is rigorous. The micro-fermentation is the final touch in the creation of this Ripasso, which offers exciting sensations to those who taste it!

Ruby red with garnet nuances, intense nose, with hints of red berries, blackberries and currants, which are accompanied by floral and slightly spicy notes. Excellent freshness, very well balanced by its soft tannins. Pair with meat dishes, such as a roast pork with baked potatoes.

Diamond-Blackfan Anemia is a rare and poorly understood disease. Discovered in the 1930s and today classified as a rare genetic disease, Diamond-Blackfan Anemia is a chronic anemia that affects children in the first year of life.
