Six bottles of Campo Bianco Valpolicella Superiore, 2018 - Villa San Carlo.
This wine is made exclusively from the best selection of grapes grown in our Campo Bianco. This special vineyard grows vines well on account of its chalky soil characteristic and perfect exposure. The traditional vinification process involves maceration of the grape skins in steel tanks until the noble components are extracted, then finished in french oak barrels.
Campo Bianco Valpolicella Superiore 2018 is a brillant ruby red wine, a dynamic wine with intense aromas of red wild berries, light balsamic and spice accents. Medium to full-bodied, smooth on the palate due to the warm weather, this vintage is a lovely balance between good freshness and soft tannins. This versatile wine is a perfect pairing with pasta dishes, white and red meats and cheeses. We recommend serving at a temperature of 16°-17°.
