Over the course of his career Chiellini has won seven consecutive Serie A titles with Juventus, club with which he also brought home four consecutive Italian Cups, three Supercoppa Italiana titles and a Serie B championship title. Before that he won a Serie C1 title with Livorno where he started his career.

As a member of the Italy squad he reached the Final of UEFA Euro 2012 and achieved a third-place finish at the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup. He was also called up for the South Africa World Cup 2010 and Brazil 2014, the European championships in Autria in Switzerland in 2008 and France 2016 and the Confederations Cup 2009 in South Africa.
