This bag celebrates the sesquicentennial (150th) playing of golf's oldest major. As the championship returns to the home of golf, we justly honor the grand old family: Old Tom and Young Tom Morris. The father and son duo were born in St. Andrews and accounted for 43 British Open appearances while tallying eight wins. Their initials can be found on the bag handle, while the side panel features a tweed fabric inspired by their traditional garb.

The phrase "To let it rest" sits on the crown of the bag as a reminder of the course's longstanding tradition of being closed on Sundays. A clock centered on the ball pouch is set to 1:50 and pays homage to the sesquicentennial contest. Four flowers adorn a second "150" on the valuables pouch and represent each country in the United Kingdom.

"R" and "G" on the side panel are a nod to the March Stones that form the course's boundary. Some of these stones have been in place for almost a millennium. A visible "R" signals farmland while the "G" is for golf, and, historically, they separated grazing areas from golfing spaces.
