Robert Capa "The Allied invasion of Sicily".

Robert Capa documented five different conflicts: the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939), the Second Sino-Japanese War (which followed in 1938), the Second World War (1941-1945), the Arab-Israeli War (1948) and the First Indochina War (1954).
Capa also documented the unfolding of the Second World War in London, North Africa and Italy, and in particular the landing of the allied army in Normandy and the liberation of Paris. Capa's younger brother Cornell was also a photographer.
He was the companion of the photographer Gerda Taro.
