Win this blue-ringed, Sampdoria home shirt, worn by the captain Vasco Regini during the match against Napoli on the 38th day of the 2016/17 Serie A TIM championship. The back of the shirt bears Regini's autograph.

The game played at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris stadium in Genoa on May 28, 2017 was decisively taken 4-2 by the Neapolitan guest: Mertens, Insigne, Hamsik and Callejon were the star performers of the blue evening. Quagliarella and Alvarez's goals were in vain.

For the last day of the 2016/17 championship, all 20 Serie A team captains wore shirts with the Special UNICEF Patch applique on the left sleeve.

For the match with Napoli, Sampdoria wore their new 2017/18 season home shirts.
