Fabio Quagliarella is an Italian footballer, who plays as a striker. With Juventus he won three championships and two Italian Super Cups. In 2007 he made his debut in the senior national team, competing in the 2008 European Championship, the 2009 Confederations Cup and the 2010 World Cup. On an individual level, in 2009 he was awarded the AIC Football Oscar for the best goal of the season 2008/09, which he scored with Udinese; in 2018, while playing for Sampdoria, he received the Scirea Award. During the 2018/19 season he scored in 11 consecutive matches, a result only previously matched in a single Serie A championship by Gabriel Batistuta, and later by Cristiano Ronaldo in the 2019/20 season; in addition, in the same championship, he became top scorer in Serie A with 26 goals, becoming the third player from the Ligurian club to hold the top scorer title after Sergio Brighenti, in 1961, and Gianluca Vialli, in 1991.

The Cause

Micro Community: Lions Club Milano Via della Spiga has been supporting for a long time a project as beautiful as it is concrete: to create and to keep a family home for disabled people in Via Edolo, 15 in Milan. The project, which takes the name of "My Home Outside Home", stems from the concern of some parents of disabled children for what would have been their children when at some point they would be alone in the world. With the financial resources of the families and the support of the association "Spazio Aperto Servizi" an apartment has been purchased and completely renovated in which the children have begun to integrate and which they have now lived assiduously for over 10 years. Now, what it really costs to keep it is the salary of the operators and housing!
