Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of winning your item and must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase. Date are subject to availability upon redemption. Hotel rooms are on a double/twin basis, with upgrades to singles available upon request These experiences are for 2 people and they will play a total of two rounds of golf. 

If the experiences are cancelled due to COVID then we will always do our best to rearrange for the next suitable date.

If a winner has redeemed the experience and we have purchased / booked in the necessary components of the package for an event that still takes place, we could not then cancel this from our side. It is fair to say we cannot offer any refunds post-sale / post-redemption if an event still takes place but the winner cannot or chooses not to travel to the event.
 
If any events are postponed by the organiser then the voucher will remain valid for the new date set - so they are still able to claim their prize. 
 
If the experience has no set date (i.e. client decides the date of the experience) then on redemption we will do our best to find a solution based on the mitigating factors and arrange this for what we will hope to be a 'safe' date for them to attend the experience.
