Paulo Roberto Falcão (Xanxerê, 16 ottobre 1953) è un allenatore di calcio, ex calciatore e dirigente sportivo brasiliano. Ha giocato nel ruolo di centrocampista nell'Internacional, nella Roma, nel San Paolo e nella Nazionale brasiliana. Considerato uno dei più forti centrocampisti brasiliani della storia del calcio, occupa la 31ª posizione nella speciale classifica dei migliori calciatori sudamericani del XX secolo pubblicata dall'IFFHS. Nel marzo del 2004, Pelé lo ha anche inserito nella FIFA 100, la lista dei 125 migliori calciatori viventi, redatta in occasione del Centenario della FIFA.
