Antonello Arena, born in 1955, is an Italian artist. Over the course of his artistic career he has taken a multifaceted and multimedia approach, ranging from painting to sculpture and short films, some works receiving international awards. He has also taken part in many prestigious exhibitions and events.

From 2012 to 2014 he embarked on a new experience with resins - both flat and rounded, illuminated and luminous. In 2015 for the “Metropoli” series he produced large canvases (New informal figurative) that mostly portray American cities. The latest "UNIQUE SERIES" works were exhibited in Venice for the exhibitions: "Charter - the state of the art in the age of the 57th Venice Biennale" at Magazzini del Sale and Palazzo Zenobio, the official location of the Armenia pavilion at the 57th Venice Biennale. His sculptures can be found in Salina, Castell’Umberto, Milan, Italy.

He has taught painting and decoration in academies in Sicily and Rome.
