Bid on a one-off piece of art painted by Mick Hucknall on the soundboard of one of the most iconic acoustic guitars ever created, the legendary Gibson J45.
This unique artwork was inspired by his new album of new songs called Time, a true masterpiece in its own right.
The artwork was created for NO STRINGS ATTACHED, an artistic project featuring over fifteen famous musicians and performers.
Mick Hucknall
Mick Hucknall is internationally renowned as the lead singer of Simply Red, with whom he has sold over 50 million records. Known for his soulful voice, Hucknall is one of music’s quintessential frontmen. He has been a longstanding champion of blues, soul and reggae and was recognised with an Outstanding Achievement award at the MOBO awards in 1997.
As the lead singer and songwriter of Simply Red, Hucknall’s considerable achievements include five Number One UK albums, consecutive Brit Awards for Best British Group in 1992 and 1993, and three Grammy Award nominations.
