CharityStars presents a collection of 15 artworks that lead us in an exceptional modern and contemporary art tour. Of these, 11 are unique and original pieces that come from prestigious private collections. Foundamental is the presence of Fausto Melotti with a gypsum artwork. Mixed media on cardboard. 1931. The dimensions are cm 40x55,5. It is a landscape of 1931 by the great Michele Cascella (Ortona, Chieti, 1892 - Milan 1989), one of the most famous Italian painters of the twentieth century. Exploded very young in Paris with a series of exhibitions, he participated at his first Venice Biennale in 1928. At the Biennale has exhibited in all editions, up to 1942 , then returned several times after the war. In 1948, in particular, he was given his own room. The artist is present in the homes of many collectors. His most frequent works on the market are those of the sixties and seventies. Rare and highly sought after are those, like the work presented here, of the thirties.
