Matteo Pessina's Nike VaporWaffle "Sacai - Black White".

Matteo Pessina is an Italian footballer, class of 1997, midfielder for Atalanta, with whom he has established himself as a key player and broke out into the Champions League. His notoriety beyond the football field came about in the summer of 2021 when he made a key contribution to the Italian team's victory in the European Championships with Mancini's national team. His passion for fashion, and especially streetwear, also came out at the time as he enjoyed combining classical garments with extravagant sneakers, and viceversa.

The Nike Vaporwaffle was launched in Paris' Fashion Week in early 2020 and was available in two brand new colorways created by Sacai. As always we find a union between casual and formal, a trademark of the iconic Japanese brand. Most recent collaboration between "Swoosh" and the Japanese brand, this sneaker has an incredibly attractive layered intersole that has copied elements of the Pegasus Vaporfly and teh Pegasus Vaporwaffle.

原因

The Foundation was set up in 2020 in Milan by Giuseppe Riso, founder of GR Sports Agency, one of the leading prosecutors in Italy and Europe. GR Sports Agency is the first proxy agency in the world to set up its own business foundation.

After having witnessed the case of little Enea, who was suffering from a rare congenital skeletal disease and in need of several operations, Giuseppe and his agency decided to offer their support to the family through an in-house fundraiser intended to finance the first operation as part of the treatment path provided by doctors.

Rise Together Foundation aims to provide its support to those in need of economically out-of-reach care or therapies, with the aim of improving the development of those in need of highly qualified medical support.

Rise Together Foundation works to improve the quality of life of children and young people in disadvantaged conditions, providing them with financial support to access medical care, surgery and aid.
