Also known as "El Pibe de Oro," Maradona is widely considered one of the best soccer players of all time, and by some, the absolute top player. Both an idol and icon for the Neapolitans, Maradona wore the blue shirt for seven years, winning two Scudetti, 1 UEFA Cup, 1 Italy Cup and 1 Italian Supercup.

Erasing these harsh feelings from their eyes and souls, as well as alleviating their suffering: these are the things that motivate me to help these people. I am increasingly convinced that those who have been 'on the front lines' of life know all too well the meaning of the words 'fear' and 'desperation' and can thus better understand and support the needy who come to ask for help."
