Born in Lansing on August 14, 1959, Johnson won five NBA titles with the Los Angeles Lakers, gold at the 1992 Olympics and 1992 Tournament of the Americas with the US Dream Team, as well as an NCAA title with Michigan State in 1979.
He was three times voted best NBA player and best player of the NBA Finals. His name features in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and on the list of the 50 best players in NBA history. His number 32 shirt was officially withdrawn by the Lakers on February 16, 1992.
Magic Johnson has signed the shirt on the back, making it unique.
