Take home this red AS Roma home shirt, issued to Italian defender Leonardo Spinazzola for a match against Venezia played on the 37th matchday of Serie A TIM 2021/22.
The match, played at the Olympic Stadium in Rome on May 14, 2022, ended in a 1-1 draw with Eldor Shomurodov equalizing David Okereke's opening goal. Leonardo Spinazzola made his return to the field in the starting line up after the serious injury suffered during Euro 2020.
For the match against Venezia, AS Roma presented the new kit for the 2022/23 season, produced by New Balance. The kit is packed with details and references to the club's history, starting with the return of the "ASR" logo, the historic acronym used in the thirties which is repeated several times. The main difference is the mandarin collar of the shirt. "Essere romano significa essere romanista" ("Being Roman means supporting Roma" is the leitmotif of the presentation video that will be carried forward on the back of the shirt with the words "Figli di Roma" ("Sons of Rome"), the historic banner of the South Stand, with the letter "o" replaced by the club's historic Lupetto symbol.
