Ronaldo is a Brazilian sports manager and former footballer, who played in attack. Considered by many to be the strongest striker of his generation, as well as one of the best players in history, he made his debut at Cruzeiro in the top flight. After arriving in Europe in 1994 he joined PSV, winning a Cup in the Netherlands. In 1996 he moved to Barcelona, where he won a Spanish Super Cup, a Cup Winners' Cup and a Copa del Rey. The following year he was bought by Inter, where he stayed for five seasons, triumphing in the UEFA Cup. In 2002 he moved to Real Madrid and over the course of five years won a Spanish championship, a Spanish Super Cup and an Intercontinental Cup. In 2007 he moved to AC Milan, before ending his career with Corinthians in 2011. With the national team he won two world championships (1994 and 2002), two Copa America (1997 and 1999) and a Confederations Cup (1997). Individually, he has won two Ballon d'Ors and three FIFA World Player of the Year awards.
