He spent most of his career with Barcelona, winning eight Spanish league titles, six Spanish Super Cups, three Copa del Rey, four UEFA Champions Leagues, two UEFA Super Cups and two FIFA Club World Cups. With the Spanish national team he won the European championships in 2008 and 2012 and the world championship in 2010.
