"Nurse with a Pearl Earring", original artwork by international artist Lady Be, inspired by Vermeer's 17th century painting.

The softness of the young nurse's gaze, a representation full of art and a profound meaning, to say thank you to all the "angels" who work in hospitals in these difficult days, sacrificing their lives for those of others.

One of the most important pieces in the artist's entire body of work, this artwork is destined to increase its value over time and has been made famous by numerous publications. A piece created in this particular historical moment.

Like every work by Lady Be, famous for her "plastic portraits", this work has been made with her own style and her own special technique, a mosaic made of plastic caps, toys, pens, buttons, costume jewelry and everyday objects. Lady Be has been using these objects for her works for over ten years,  encouraging recycling and environmental sustainability, objects that for a moment make us smile because of the memories they evoke - moments of life, details to reassure us that everything will be fine and it will all return to normal.
