This piece of Harry Potter memorabilia has been personally signed by JK Rowling!

This is a First edition, tenth printing USA hardback, signed by JK Rowling. The signature was obtained during the filming of BBC TV documentary "Harry Potter & Me".

JK Rowling is a British author and philanthropist who is best known for creating the Harry Potter series of books.

The Harry Potter series became an international phenomenon, selling millions of copies worldwide and inspiring a successful film franchise. Rowling has also written several other books, including "The Casual Vacancy" and the Cormoran Strike series, which she writes under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith.

THE CIRCLE was founded by musician and activist Annie Lennox in 2008 to fight for equal rights for women in every country, promote female empowerment, and tackle violence against women and girls.

The Circle works with grassroots partners to provide urgently needed help to women and girls who have suffered abuse and violence – such as counselling, access to safe accommodation, legal advice, education and coaching – whilst campaigning and advocating for the long-term changes needed to enable women and girls to break free and move on from violence and fear.

16 DAYS OF GLOBAL ACTIVISM runs every year from 25 November to 10 December, bringing together thousands of organisations and individuals around the world to campaign for the elimination of all forms of violence against women and girls. This auction is just one of the ways that The Circle is working with its members, partners, supporters and allies in 2022 to mark the 16 days and take action against gender-based violence.
