LB art exhibited at MDW2019 as part of the Fuori Salone in the Lambrate area with the TOUCH + DESIGN project. Between 2019 and 2020 he exhibited  at the Arcadia Art Gallery in Milan as part of the collective exhibition "Creativi !n Sciopero". His artwork "I Want the Moon" is to let everyone experience the emotion of touching the moon with a finger, immersing themselves in its different shades and taking inspiration from it.

Luca Ballestra was born in Mirandola (MO) on December 19, 1989 and has been interested in the world of art since he was a child, thanks to his father who encouraged him to paint on canvas. Over the years he has studied under Ernesto Ubertiello, an esteemed artist from Modena who allowed him to improve his portrait style. In his early works Ballestra portrayed female faces and pets, painted with the oil on canvas technique. Later, inspired by poor materials and a sense of powerful three-dimensionality, he decided to try his hand with mortar, transparent resin and acrylic, creating a series of material Moons on circular canvases entitled "I Want the Moon", celebrating the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.
