One of you will have an insight into the working day of a high powered busy kitchen and the level of detail required to create Michelin starred menus.

You will be working along side chefs, observing the unfolding of a busy service and the concentration required at each section of the kitchen.

Finally you can relax and enjoy a late 6 course tasting menu in the dining room with a guest of your choice, which will include aperitif, 4 wines, coffee and water.
