Pyrite, which is a brass-yellow mineral, has always retained a special charm, not only because it recalls gold, but also because it releases sparks when rubbed. The genesis of the name, moreover, is extremely significant, as it derives from the Greek πῦρ (pyr), which means fire. However, since ancient times, it has been used to make jewels and charms, useful for embellishing and providing well-being to the body and mind.

This incredible mineral, which in the past was often confused with gold, so much so that it was also known as "fools gold", goes perfectly with other colored stones, such as amethyst, turquoise and malachite.
