This beautiful gold pendant featuring a female elephant is perfect for jewellery-lovers and art-lovers alike.
The pendant, with its many curves and reliefs, is the result of a collaboration between Anis Dargaa and Allan Schmidt from Maison Parrisse. They set themselves the challenging task of transposing a painting onto a three-dimensional object to achieve a result that would be faithful to the "Eléphantasme" painting.
Painter and sculptor, the Belgian artist Anis Dargaa graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Liège where he studied art and its various disciplines for 8 years.
Daargaa has won many prizes, among which the Initi'art prize, the O'patrimoine prize and an award from the city of Cannes. Some of his works are part of private collections and others have been acquired by museums around the world.
The surrealist artist is notably referenced by the "Art Viewing Program" of the Guggenheim Museum of New York, and he has participated in many art fairs, such as ArtEvent Antwerp, Linéart Ghent and Art-Cannes. He is also an official advisor for the National Council of Plastic Arts (CNAP-AIAP / UNESCO).
