With "Private collections", CharityStars presents a collection of 22 works that lead us in an exceptional modern and contemporary art tour. This is a still life with landscape by Giorgio De Chirico (1888-1978), published in the General Catalog of the artist. Known as Pictor optimus, Giorgio de Chirico is considered the greatest Italian figurative painter of the last century. He has a record at auction of 11million and 41 thousand euro, in February 2009 at Christie's Paris. Risen to global fame in the early years of the twentieth century with his metaphysical canvases, De Chirico, in the second phase of his long career, has dedicated himself to the traditional figurative.
