A "Staying in School" scholarship.

You can support a personalized learning program for a child who attends the Cometa Oliver Twist school and is at high risk of truancy. 

Your donation will provide him/her with a combined school-work program that will give them the skills needed to enter the world of work.

The Oliver Twist School opened in 2009 and offers 4-year professional training courses (in Textiles, Woodwork and Catering) for students aged between 14 and 19 years of age. It provides experimental learning programs that aim to get children back to school through manual work, employing a model that combines school and the workplace in order to offer work as an opportunity for learning. The School is part of the Cometa project: a physical space with a social and family context that provides a learning environment for its students.
